All the people working on the Chemin de Fer du Bocq are volunteers
-
In order to manage the capacity of our trains, we strongly advise you to buy your tickets in advance on our website.
These tickets do not reserve seats (our seats are not numbered) but guarantee you a seat on the train.
We advise you to arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the departure of the train in order to be able to choose your seats at your convenience.
Booking online gives you all the advantages! Safe, fast, cheaper (including fees) and always sure to have room on the trains!
For some special trains (Safari, Festival, Halloween, Saint Nicolas,…), reservation is mandatory.
-
Unless otherwise stated (Bocq Gourmands, Safari, Festival, Halloween, Saint Nicolas, etc.), bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start of the activity.
Customers may receive a “voucher” for a new activity on the Chemin de Fer du Bocq or a full refund (including booking fees).
Customers will also receive a full refund in the event of cancellation due to bad weather or other unforeseeable circumstances.
Under no circumstances will a no-show be refunded. -
You can check your spam (junk mail). Have you filled in your e-mail address correctly? (typing error, another of your addresses). If, despite these steps, you cannot find your ticket, contact us: reservation@cfBocq.be
-
The purchase of tickets online (including fees) is never more expensive than the purchase on site (when possible).
The booking fee (6% with a minimum of 1.00€ per transaction) covers the costs of running the booking website. -
Our trains date from the 1930s to the 1960s, when access to transport for PRMs was not as developed as it is today. Nevertheless, we have installed mobile ramps on most of our trains. If you have any problems, please contact us: info@cfBocq.be

All our trips are commented in French by a volunteer guide (+lien vers la page “bénévoles”). Many volunteers speak Dutch or English. We do our best to give you the commentary in your language.

It is forbidden to travel on a railway line. Please note that even if there are no scheduled trains, we can travel at any time with service trains. However, there are many beautiful walks along the Bocq (http://www.spontinvillage.be/a-faire.php).
-
Tourist trains and lines, as well as “regular” trains and lines, are subject to strict and regular checks by the SSICF (https://mobilit.belgium.be/fr/traficferroviaire/autorite_nationale_de_securite) to ensure optimum safety.

If you receive a discount on the tourist train, it is always calculated on the “on the spot” sale price and not on the “online” sale price
